[LincolnTalk] upcoming library programs

Hi all :
Here are a few programs that are coming up in the next week or so at the Lincoln Library

Sat. Oct 5 2:00 pm Hikes Through History with Alison O'Leary Ms. O'Leary coauthor of the AMC's Guide Best Hikes Near Boston will take this opportunity to describe not only the landscapes that we hike through, but what their historical pasts as well.
Open to all, a great well to learn about local area walking trails. Copies of Ms O'Leary's book will be available for purchase. This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Lincoln Public Library

Monday Oct. 7 Who Picked This Book? Club 7:00 pm Ordinary Grace by William Kent Kreuger. Copies in various formats at the front desk. A great coming of age story in the early 1960's.

Thursday Oct. 10 6:00 pm Lincoln Film Society In the Last Days of the City : Akher ayam el madina (original title) [2016] Approx. 1 hour 58 minutes ; In Arabic with English subtitles 

Friday Oct 11. Friday Morning Book Group 9:30 am 
 The Seven Good Years by Etgar Keret   an amusing look at modern day life in Israel. Copies in various formats at the Front Desk.
