[LincolnTalk] Gas smell in Town Center

Chief Carter, our fire chief, is aware of the issue and is actively working on it.

He is continuing to nudge National Grid until they address the problem.   By their latest communication, Steve expects them to come out any day to mark the area – and when weather permits, they will excavate and see what’s what.
