In case you don't already know about Lana and her Lincoln fitness classes, they're fantastic. They've always been in the mornings, but an evening pilot class is starting October 21. See message below. She's one of the best fitness teachers I've ever known.

Hello Fitness Enthusiasts,
I am writing to let you know that due to frequent request, the Parks and
Recreation Department will be piloting Ultimate Fitness Class with Lana on
Mondays at 7 pm starting October 21.
The pilot will run for 10 weeks from Monday, October 21 through Monday,
December 16, at 7:00 PM in the Hartwell Fitness Room.
There are 3 ways to participate:
1) New participants looking to join this program would pay $100 for the 10
week pilot, but would be able to take any of the 11 other classes offered
if they could not make the Monday night class.
2) Participants currently enrolled in the Ultimate Fitness Program may opt
to increase their schedule because of this class. So if this program
allows you to switch from 1x per week to 2x's per week, (or from 2x to 3x…
etc.) you can just pay the additional $100 fee.
3) Participants currently enrolled may take this as one of their existing
weekly classes. So if you are already coming 1, 2, 3 or 4 times a week,
this class is now an additional option for you at no extra charge.
For the pilot to become financially sustainable, we will need at least 8
new participant slots added overall, whether they are new participants or
existing participants upgrading their enrollment.
As always, registration is available online at www.Lincolnrec.com. Just
select the Monday night Fitness Program option. Again, it doesn't commit
you to only Monday night, rather lets us track new enrollment.
