[LincolnTalk] Computer issues

sarah cannon holden
I have a MacBook Pro...less than two years old. It is fully charged but will not turn on. It is getting hot.

Earlier today I plugged in my desk top to the power strip shared with the MacPro. I noticed when I attached a cable to the back of the desk top that I got a very mild shock. I didn’t think much about it until the MacBook developed its problems.

Are the two related?  Where can I get help with so many places closed down? Any advice would be most appreciated.

🙏. Sarah

Heat may mean a blown fan
That has happened to an older Mac of mine... a relatively easy replacement
Good luck

Hello,
I used Paul D'Oliveira recently for a MacBook Pro assessment/clean-up and after his work, the laptop no longer gets hot. (Apparently it had a lot of beach sand inside!) He is knowledgeable, there was safe drop-off/pick-up, plus reasonable fees.
